Job Scope:
+ Manage company’s inventory and e-commerce systems
+ Oversee purchase order process and monitor stock levels
+ Collaborate with teams to forecast inventory needs
+ Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ 5+ years experience in inventory management, preferably in retail or e-commerce
+ Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
+ Proficient in SQL accounting software
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
+ Responsible for all design aspects of projects assigned focusing on 2D line drawings and 3D visualization.
+ Drafting & preparation of presentation slides including mood boards, brand proposals, datasheet etc.
+ Preparation and compilation of material sample board.
+ Required to coordinate with other departments especially Project Team, to prepare and monitor all works efficiently to meet the deadlines set.

Requirements
+ Specialized in kitchen proposals for residential projects.
+ Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Visualization or equivalent.
+ Fresh graduates are welcome.
+ Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans and elevations and knowledge of related visualization.
+ Proficient in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and/or other skills would be an added advantage.
+ Mature thinking, team player, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment toward achieving common goals.
+ Tenacious working attitude with good self-discipline.
+ Basic knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office to manage product listing & preparation of quotations.
+ Required to work 5 ½ days.
+ Working hours, Monday to Friday (10:30 am to 7:30 pm), Saturday (10:30 am to 2:30 pm).

+ Engage in servicing XTRA retail clients in their furniture proposal
+ Showroom display and housekeeping
+ Relevant qualification in interior design/ architecture an advantage
+ Fresh graduates who are dynamic in sales may apply
