- After confirmation, the bags must be collected from XTRA showroom, at The Gardens Mall.

- As this is a charity initiative, we call for grace from interested buyers. There is no trying, no refunds and no returns.
- The bags have undergone QC by Recyclothes Group, prioritizing quality and are available for viewing at XTRA showroom.
- As these bags are preloved, they may not be in their original condition and could feature slight blemishes or visible markings, adding to their unique character.
- 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Pusat Kebajikan Kalvari Johor.
